Taean Thalassotherapy Center

The Taean Marine Healing Center is a facility specializing in marine healing programs, located at Dalsanpo Beach in Nam-myeon, Taean County, within the Taean Coastal National Park. It is designed to promote physical and mental well-being by utilizing the West Coast’s mineral-rich marine resources, such as saline groundwater and peat. The center is distinguished by its diverse healing facilities and specialized equipment, including nine basic programs—such as the Bade Pool—and seven specialized programs, including facial and full-body therapies. It also offers customized experience programs that can be selected based on the user’s condition and goals. In addition to indoor healing facilities, the center operates outdoor healing programs integrated with the beach, creating an environment where visitors can simultaneously experience relaxation and recovery in nature. As a multi-purpose healing space that combines tourism and wellness, the facility also contributes to revitalizing local tourism.
