The Seocheon Healing Forest is a therapeutic space nestled among the abundant forest resources of Mount Munsan and Mount Hirisan, where visitors can boost their immune systems and improve their health. To maximize the healing benefits, the forest offers a variety of forest therapy programs, including those that utilize the pine and oak forest trails—such as the barrier-free path built around Janghangje—as well as singing bowls, aromatherapy, log meditation and detox exercises, and foot baths. In addition, a variety of forest therapy programs designed to restore both physical and mental health are harmoniously organized and conducted.
