Can I cancel and get a refund?
Full refund up to 7 days before the start date. 50% from 6 to 3 days before. No refund from 2 days before. Cancel through the link in your confirmation email.
Will I be fine without speaking Korean?
Your Local Friend interprets in Chinese, English, Japanese or Vietnamese. Choose your language at step 2 of booking and we match a Local Friend who speaks it. You are told who it is 3 days before departure.
Do I need a Korean card or phone number?
No. You can pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, WeChat Pay, Alipay or Apple Pay, and the options shown adapt to your language. An email address is enough — no account required.
What should I bring?
Your passport and the booking QR code. If you take any medication or have allergies, write it in the request field at step 2 — it is passed to the pharmacist and your Local Friend in advance.
Can I get a prescription during the pharmacist consultation?
The consultation covers health supplements, cosmetics and over-the-counter medication guidance only. Diagnosis and prescriptions must come from a medical institution — we will point you to a partner clinic if you need one.
