하버요가&무브먼트This is a wellness experience space where you can rejuvenate your body and mind while gazing out at the Gwangalli Sea. Located on the second floor of the Gwang-an Building in Suyeong-gu, Busan, it offers a variety of yoga classes designed to awaken the body’s senses under the natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows. One-day classes that even beginners can enjoy without pressure are held regularly, and during the summer, a sunset yoga program is offered where participants practice against the backdrop of the Gwangalli Beach sunset and the sound of the waves. “Sound Walking,” operated in collaboration with Cocoa Island, is one of the venue’s signature programs. Wearing headphones and a sound kit, participants walk along the forests and coastline of Dongbaek Island, focusing on the sounds of nature—such as waves and rustling leaves—that are often overlooked in daily life. The experience includes collecting sounds and recording them in a notebook, and participants walk a route that takes about two hours, passing through the Igidae Coastal Trail and continuing on to Nurimaru.
