How do I book?

Pick a date, tell us how many people are coming, and enter your email. No account and no Korean phone number are needed. You get a confirmation email with a QR code.

Do you book my clinic appointment?

No. KBEAUTRIP provides medical information and price comparison, then links you to the clinic’s own official channel. You book and pay with the clinic directly. We take no payment and no commission for medical care.

What can I pay with?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay. The options shown adapt to the language you are browsing in. You never need a Korean card.

What if I need to cancel?

Refund rates depend on the product and how far ahead you cancel. There is nothing to refund for clinic visits because we never take payment for them. See the full table on the refund page.See the refund table

What if I do not speak Korean?

The site is in your language, your Local Friend interprets, and the Travel Assistant gives you phrase cards you can show to staff. Phrase cards are unlimited and free.

Can I get a tax refund?

At partners marked “Tax refund”, yes. Ask for the tax refund receipt when you pay and claim it at the airport before you fly home. Medical procedures follow the clinic’s own process.
